The City of Sheboygan has announced the launch of a newly-redesigned website, which it lauded as making “interacting with city services easier, faster, and more transparent for residents, businesses, and visitors.”
Those visiting the new portal will immediately notice the design geared toward mobile devices, a move that City Administrator Casey Bradley said “…reflects the City’s ongoing commitment to transparency, accessibility and responsiveness.” He continued “I’m incredibly proud of the effort and time that staff have devoted to making this launch a success.”
Three major digital engagement platforms were introduced, including a Mass Notification System that delivers timely updates on emergencies, public safety, weather event, road closures and community notices; a centralized online system that simplifies the process of submitting, tracking, and receiving public records requests; and a platform that allows residents to report non-emergency issues such as potholes, graffiti, streetlight outages, and other neighborhood concerns.
The website address remains the same – www.sheboyganwi.gov
