A monthly report from the Wisconsin Realtors Association shows year-over-year increases in the median price, sales, monthly inventory and also the average number of days on the market for home sales in Sheboygan County. Statewide, the report cites falling interest rates, combined with improvements in both new and total listings as helping to moderate the rate of home price appreciation as well as driving statewide housing affordability to its highest level in more than two years.
Sheboygan County saw a 5.1% rise in the median home price since February of 2025, reaching $285,000. Among surrounding counties, Manitowoc County saw the greatest increase of 21.6% over 2025 while Ozaukee County was the lone loser with a 2.5% year-over-year decline, but still displayed the highest median price at $443,950. That also led to a rocketing sales increase of 32% in the past year there, while Sheboygan County saw a 1.2% increase.
Inventory increased 3.8% compared to February of last year in Sheboygan County with a 2.7 month supply, while decreases were seen in Calumet and Manitowoc Counties.
The average time on market before sale in Sheboygan County was 88 days last month compared to 78 days in 2025, an increase of 12.8%. Increases were seen in all surrounding counties as well with Fond du Lac County showing the longest term before sale at 103 days.
