The Sheboygan County Democratic Party office was targeted by vandals who threw a brick through one of the office’s windows.
According to a statement from local democratic officials, a note attached to the brick had the words “you’re the real Nazi’s” written on one side, with the Nazi symbol—a swastika, drawn on the other side. The incident was reported to the Sheboygan Police Department and is being investigated.
Meanwhile, the Democratic Party Board released a statement, denouncing all antisemitism and acts of violence. The group says they are horrified and angry in response to the attack but will use the incident as encouragement to speak out against hate and violence.
