A chat session…the in-person sort of session…will be held on Thursday to gather input on what works, and what needs attention at the Sheboygan Warming Center.
That center has been busy this Winter season, dealing with intense cold in January and February as well as during the March blizzard. The Center, located at St. Luke’s church in downtown Sheboygan, reached capacity many times this season, and it also stayed open some daytimes during the coldest weather to provide safe shelter and food for those needing it.
Paradign’ Coffee and Music at 8th and St. Clair Avenue will hold Coffee Chats for Change from 9 to 11 AM Thursday, part of monthly sessions on the first and third Thursday of each month. The issue of homelessness in the community and what can be done to help will be the subject. No reservations are needed.
