The City of Sheboygan has announced the ground breaking of the new Luedke Apartment Complex at 2543 North 15th Street. The site was originally home for the Luedke Meat Market, was converted to a hospitality venue, but the site was later obtained by the City, the land cleared, and the housing project approved.
Officials say the new development will add 33 residential units aligned with the City’s affordability policy and HUD income limits for Sheboygan County, which will help to expand affordable housing options in our community.
