The Sheboygan County Emergency Communications Center called crews into action after receiving a 911 call of a fire just before 11:30 this morning.
Several calls referenced a residential fire on Mulberry Drive in the Village of Waldo. Deputies first on the scene reported the garage fully engulfed in flames, with the residence beginning to catch fire as well.
Nearly 20 agencies consisting of Fire Departments, First Responders, Ambulance and Law Enforcement responded to the blaze. The extent of damage was not reported, but there were no injuries as nobody was inside the residence when the fire broke out. The cause remains under investigation.
