Sheboygan County Public Health
Opinions over public health run the gamut, but directing action towards the community’s health care needs requires careful information gathering and analysis. Healthy Sheboygan County is hoping to do just such a study through the online Community Health Needs Assessment being conducted by the Sheboygan County Division of Public Health, Aurora Health Care, HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital, Froedtert Health, Lakeshore Community Health Care, and the United Way of Sheboygan County.
The online survey is designed to gather as many Sheboygan County voices as is possible with versions available in English, Spanish and Hmong. The survey is anonymous, takes about 10 minutes to complete and is open to anyone 18 years and older. As an incentive, a chance to win a $50 Walmart Gift Card accompanies every entry.
Of the nearly 120,000 Sheboygan County residents, it’s expected that only one percent will respond, or around 1,180, but those responses will help Healthy Sheboygan County better understand more about health and community needs impacting residents, and inform them of where to spend valuable time and resources.
The survey can be accessed through this link.
