David Alan Fritz, born December 30, 1943, passed away December 6, 2025, surrounded by family. David attended Bethlehem School and graduated from South High in 1962. He was the dear husband of Mary and father of Scott and Shelli and grandfather. David worked at Kohler Company until his retirement. David truly enjoyed his many years at Pine Lake – making many dear friends. David is survived by loving wife Mary, son Scott (Cheri) Fritz, grandchildren Ashley and Zach Fritz, great-grandchildren Zain Fritz-Lopez, Bentley Fritz – his two little buddies, daughter Shelli (Cary) Brandenburg, grandchildren Brandon Arpke, Marisa (Kyle) Froelich, Briana (Dan) Galloy, great-grandchildren Tessa Arpke, Payson and Blair Galloy, sister Karen Daehnert.
David was preceded in death by his parents Mildred and Peter Reano, brother-in-law Warren Daehnert and his precious grandson Tyler Fritz.
Private services will be held later after cremation has taken place.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to pastor Judine, Dr. Woody and his entire staff at Vince Lombardi, and the Aurora Home Hospice staff, especially Jocelyn.
