Glenn A. Hildebrand, 93, of Sheboygan, passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at Sheboygan Progressive Health Services where he had been residing for four years.
Glenn was born on March 15, 1932, in Sheboygan. He was the son of the late Arthur and Erna (Schwartz) Hildebrand. Glenn graduated from Central High School in 1951 and enlisted in the Air Force in 1952. Glenn retired from K W Muth Company after working there for 37 years. Following retirement, he worked for several years at Pick N’ Save. He enjoyed morning coffee with his “McDonald’s” friends and traveling throughout the county on his moped.
Glenn is survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. In addition to his parents, Glenn was preceded in death by three brothers and their wives: Roderick (Florence), Owen (Betty) and Vernon (Joyce) and his former wife, Joan Zibell Hildebrand.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 5:00 PM at Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1132 Superior Ave., Sheboygan, with Pastor Christian Gugle officiating. Military Honors will follow the service. A private burial will take place at a later date. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, from 4:00 PM until the time of service at the FUNERAL HOME.
His family would like to thank the staff at Sheboygan Progressive for the wonderful care they gave Glenn during his time there. They would also like to thank his care team from Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for compassionate care during the past year.
