Precipitation moving through the area this morning isn’t likely to be much of a factor today, although a bit of slush could accumulate here and there.
Forecasters haven’t succeeded in nailing down exactly where & how much snow might be in the mix, and rain will probably dominate what does fall even if a transition to snow takes place. Temperatures have remained warmer than expected, limiting the potential for snow accumulation. If it does collect it will likely be in western Sheboygan County and points west towards Marquette and Green Lake Counties.
Right now, the balance looks like about a quarter inch of water, with maybe a half inch of snow falling through the air, even if it doesn’t collect on the ground. Whatever does fall should be over by sunset, and after temperatures dip below freezing overnight, partial sunshine with a high around 40 is expected on Wednesday.
