With the start of winter – from a weather perspective – just over a month away, the Sheboygan County Warming Center will hold an open house to make the community aware of what it does and how important it can be in helping the less fortunate make it through the cold months.
The public is being invited to an open house to tour the Center and Community Cafe, enjoy light refreshments, and learn about volunteering opportunities.
The Open house will be from 4-6 PM on Sunday, November 9th at 623 Ontario Avenue in Sheboygan. The Center will officially open to those needing shelter on November 10th.
(editors note: source material originally identified November 9 as a Saturday; it is Sunday. We regret the error was passed along)
