Wisconsin DOT Crews will continue working on two major highway reconstruction projects in Sheboygan County this week.
Highway 28 work this week will concentrate on beamguard grading throughout the length of the project from the south county line northward, while paving crews will work their way from Cascade to Waldo.
Crews working on Highway 32 will place steel reinforcing and pour the floor of a box culvert just south of County Highway “N” and continue working on guardrail installation at multiple locations. Curb, gutter and sidewalk restoration will be done at the box culvert just south of County G at Cedar Grove. The highway will remain under a full closure between Cedar Grove and Sheboygan Falls until mid-month when the portion south of Highway “V” is anticipated to open to traffic, something not seen since April.
