A new culinary destination will be added to the Sheboygan “foodie” scene on Thursday with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
Krazian Fuzian is touted as offering a “uniquely flavorful blend of Asian and American traditions.” Envisioned as not just a restaurant, Krazian Fuzian is also intended as a vibrant and welcoming space where flavors, cultures, and community come together.
The ribbon cutting ceremony takes place at 906 South 15th Street at 3 PM tomorrow, when people can meet the owner, local entrepreneur Lao Yang, who will introduce her food, drink, and vibe to the public. Yang offered that every dish served is a celebration of creativity, saying that “We don’t just cook – we combine cultures, stories, and experiences.” Yang worked closely with the Sheboygan County Economic Development Corporation, the Small Business Development Center at UW-Green Bay and the Hmong Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce in founding the restaurant. Additional support came from Peng Moua, Regional Business Manager for the Hmong Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce, who helped Yang navigate financing options and business planning. Lindsey Wiesner, Business Relationship Manager at United One Credit Union, also played a key role in helping Yang secure SBA funding, further enabling the restaurant’s successful launch.
Looking ahead, Yang envisions Krazian Fuzian growing into a vibrant culinary destination, where adventurous food lovers gather to explore new flavors and experiences. “My long-term goal is for Krazian Fuzian to become a place where culinary creativity thrives and the community feels at home,” she said.
Community members are encouraged to visit, dine, and support this exciting addition to Sheboygan’s restaurant scene. As Yang puts it, “We’re not just serving food—we’re serving flavor, culture, and connection.”
