Jeanine M. Housey, 67, of Sheboygan, passed away peacefully on
Monday, May 19, 2025, at her home. She was born December 8, 1957, in
Sheboygan to the late Clarence and Marcella (Heibel) Jacobs. Jeanine
attended Sheboygan South High School and went on to receive her license
as a CNA.
On July 17, 1987, she was united in marriage to Kenneth Housey.
Jeanine worked as a CNA and Caregiver for Homes for Independent Living
and Sunnyridge Rehabilitation and Nursing Home.
Family was Jeanine's pride and joy. She loved spending time with them
cabining up north, taking Sunday drives through Kettle Moraine Forrest and
along the lake. Her passion was creating lasting memories that they will all
cherish. She also enjoyed listening to music and playing with her faithful
companion Addy.
Jeanine is survived by her husband of 37 years, Kenneth, five children;
Chanda (Jason) Perkins, Jamie Mortenson, Amy (David) Rindfleisch,
Trayth Housey and Ian Housey, five grandchildren; Emily Perkins, Julian
(Lexi) Tichy, Jordan (Autumn) Tichy, Jonah Perkins, and EmmaLynn
Rindfleisch, 1 great-grandbaby on the way, and her sisters; Laurel (Mark)
Meseck, Mary (Kyle) Schell, Martha "Marty" (Dean) Mertes, and brother
Christopher (Deb) Jacobs. Jeanine is further survived by many nieces,
nephews other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her
parents, brother Randall Jacobs and brother-in-law Jake Ploetz.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 3:00 PM at
Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1132 Superior Ave. Sheboygan,
with Pastor Adam Steinbock officiating. Relatives and friends may visit with
the family on Thursday, May 29, 2025, from 12:00 Noon until the time of
service at the FUNERAL HOME.
