Rachael M. Dotz, 71, of Sheboygan, passed away at her home on
Wednesday, April 2, 2025.
She was born on September 27, 1953 in Wisconsin to the late Albert V.
and Helen J. (Weishaar) Miesner. She graduated from Sheboygan North
High School with the Class of 1973. On March 15, 1997, she was united in
marriage to Mark P. Dotz. Together they celebrated 17 years. He preceded
her in death on April 16, 2014.
Rachael was a dietary aide at Sunny Ridge Nursing Home in
Sheboygan and retired in 2014. Rachael's family was very important to her.
She loved spending time with them creating many cherished memories.
She enjoyed doing cross-stitch, shopping and watching classic movies.
Rachael is survived by her children, Jason Deehr, Sarah Deehr, Nick
Gaurkee and Samantha Gaurkee; her step children, Mark Villarreal and
Sara Dotz; five grandchildren, Marissa, Phoenix, Iman, Maria, and Athena;
two great-grandchildren Layla and Athena; siblings Tom Miesner, Bill
Miesner, Karen Boll, Kathy (Jim) Brom, and Jenny Tauscheck. She is
further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Rachael was preceded in death by her parents; husband Mark; sisters,
Mary Mashock-Miesner and Christine Tauscheck; brother Tim Miesner; and
brother-in-law Dennis Tauscheck.
Per Rachael's wishes, cremation will take place and a private family
service will be held.
