The City of Sheboygan reported outages in its telephone system on Thursday morning, with incoming calls disabled. At the same time outgoing calls were unaffected and the 911 system remained fully operational.
That outage lasted most of the day, during which email became the go-to method of getting in touch with City Hall.
But as of about 5 last night, the City reported everything was restored and today should be business as usual.
