Spring will arrive on Thursday morning, but the City of Sheboygan has already announced the end of winter parking restrictions.
The City announced the end of those rules as the clock turned midnight last night, ahead of the planned March 31st conclusion.
Although restrictions are lifted, it’s still possible that a storm could require snow emergency declarations, and should that occur, temporary parking rules will be needed.
