John Gerald Reischl III (80) died peacefully at Aurora Medical Center on Friday January 10, 2025, surrounded by his wife and loving family. Born March 29, 1944, at St. Nicholas Hospital, Sheboygan to John E and Marjorie C (Carolan) Reischl.

Later he worked at Sheboygan Chevy Garage, Martin Pontiac, and J L French from 1971 until he retired in 2002. He also enjoyed tending bar at Roots Bowling Lanes in the ‘60s. He enjoyed Bowling at Roots Lanes, Maple Lanes, and Cappies Bar. He enjoyed shooting horseshoes; he was proud to be the first father & son team to take 1st place in their league.
John and Toni enjoyed travelling (by car) west to California and south to Florida and most everywhere in between with their son and later grandson. Quit often stopping at casinos along the way. After retirement, their travels mostly included traveling to Indian Casinos in Wisconsin and Michigan, until they decided to enjoy the video games in Sheboygan; also enjoying cribbage, bourbon, and music. After Toni retired, John & Toni could be seen biking the South Pier District 7 days a week from May to October, watching the sun rise (not enjoying the cold NE wind).
