A Sheboygan man accused of delivering the drugs that took the life of a man in 2021 will be appearing in court today. 57-year-old Donald Neese is scheduled to appear before Judge George Limbeck today to enter a plea on a felony count of first degree reckless homicide.
According to the criminal complaint, the death happened at an apartment on Kentucky Avenue in Sheboygan on July 5, 2021. Neese is accused of providing the heroin that caused the man’s death.
If convicted, Neese is facing as much as 40 years in prison and a fine as large as $100,000.
