A crash on I-43 in the dark hours early Sunday morning was deadly for the two persons involved. The Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office said the accident closed the southbound lanes of the interstate between Highway 10 and County Road JJ northwest of the City of Manitowoc. Those lanes remained closed until about 8:45 a.m. yesterday.
Little information is available, however the Sheriff said that both persons involved in the crash died from the accident. More information was expected to be released later today.
