The City of Sheboygan wants to hear from all residents interested in how the City uses public funds to address the most pressing needs concerning community development and housing. The plan, required by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, will guide the allocation of Community Development Block Grant funds for the next five years. Focus within the survey involves needs for housing, services for unhoused persons, community services, assistance to local businesses and community facilities.
In order to gather feedback, the City has established an online survey now active through October 31st, available in English, Spanish and Hmong. City government is encouraging all Sheboygan residents to submit survey responses either online, or by filling out and printing a physical form, submitted to the Planning and Development office on City Hall’s 2nd floor, Suite 208. Once complete, findings from the survey will be made accessible on the City of Sheboygan’s website.
Those with questions are directed to the Director of Planning and Development, Diane McGinnis-Casey either via phone (920-459-3383), or email at Diane.McGinnisCasey@
