New York police commissioner is stepping down, says ABC

(Reuters) – New York City Police Commissioner Edward Caban is stepping down, ABC said on Thursday, citing multiple sources.

Caban, appointed in July 2023, was the first Hispanic to hold the post in the force’s history.
