(Reuters) โ Johnson & Johnson said on Tuesday it would buy medical device maker V-Wave in a deal potentially worth up to $1.1 billion, marking the latest acquisition to bolster its devices unit.
J&J said it will pay $600 million upfront, with the rest of the payments contingent on regulatory and commercial milestones.
