A man is dead, another hospitalized, after a crash between a tanker truck and a Mustang in the Town of Mitchell Tuesday afternoon. The crash happened around 1:30 when the driver of the mustang, an 80 year old Plymouth man, pulled out in front of a tanker truck loaded with liquid manure at the intersection of County Road’s U and A. The Sheriff’s Department says the driver of the Mustang was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the semi was airlifted to Froedert Hospital in Milwaukee with serious injuries. The Wisconsin State Patrol is investigating the crash.
