The Sheboygan Police Department has released the name of the person who was found in Lake Michigan on July 18th. He was identified as Clifford Cieslewicz, a 54-year-old man from Wrightstown, Wisconsin. Cieslewicz was surfing in Lake Michigan that morning, and was found unresponsive floating with his surfboard still attached by a passerby who pulled him from the waters off Blue Harbor Resort. The good samaritan conducted CPR until first responders arrived and took over, but attempts to revive him were unsuccessful. The cause of death is still unknown, but there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding the incident.
