Acquisition of one local company by another puts two frequent collaborators under one umbrella to the benefit of both. Sheboygan Falls-based Reyes Retail acquired Plymouth-based A&B Embroidery in an agreement finalized this past November.
Reyes Retail business is a collaborative effort of local and regional partners that’s provided a combination of e-commerce, logistics and consulting services for some 60 years. They’ve specialized in offering corporate, wedding and personalized gifts, embroidery and screen printing, warehouse and fulfillment, private label merchandising, direct sourcing, new product design and uniforms among others.
A&B was founded in 1995 by Brandon Simenz and Amy Carley. A&B’s five speciality Tajima embroidery machines will streamline the business and services offered by Reyes Retail, and expand capacity to produce up to 1,000 units per week.
Customers now shared among the two include such well-known lines as Kohler Hospitality, Sheboygan Paper Box Company, Lululemon, Adidas, The North Face and many others.
