SHEBOYGAN, WI (WTAQ-WRN) — Planned Parenthood will resume offering abortion services at its Sheboygan clinic.
The organization began booking appointments on Monday for the Sheboygan clinic and will resume providing abortions there on December 28.
Planned Parenthood had committed to the action after a Dane County Judge earlier this month ruled that an 1849 state law does not ban consensual abortions, but rather only applies to feticide.
Planned Parenthood has already resumed services at its Madison and Milwaukee locations after an earlier ruling from Judge Diane Schlipper in a suit challenging the more than 150 year old law.
