(Reuters) -Boeing on Thursday named insider Chris Raymond as the new head of its aftermarket business, succeeding Stephanie Pope, who was announced as the planemaker’s chief operating officer on Monday.
Raymond’s appointment as CEO of Boeing Global Services is effective Jan. 1, Boeing said.
Raymond is Boeing’s chief sustainability officer, leading Boeing’s efforts to reduce carbon emissions. He will be succeeded by Brian Moran, currently Boeing’s vice president, global sustainability policy and partnerships.
