(Reuters) – Drugmaker Viatris said on Sunday that it has entered into agreements to divest its businesses, including the Women’s Healthcare business and its Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) business. It received an offer for the divestiture of its Over-the-Counter (OTC) business.
