(Reuters) – A new tropical depression 17 has formed in the central tropical Atlantic, the U.S. National Hurricane Center (NHC) said on Saturday.
Tropical depression 17 is located about 985 miles (1,585 km) west of the Cabo Verde islands, packing maximum sustained winds of 35 mph (55kph), the Miami-based forecaster said.
