A 40-year-old man illegally in the U.S. has been sentenced to spend another 10 years in the country, this time in a federal prison.
Moises Perez-Ochoa was given that sentence along with another five years of supervised release by U.S. District Judge William Griesbach after being found guilty of distributing more than five pounds of methamphetamine in the City of Manitowoc between December of ‘22 and February of this year. After being arrested, it was also discovered that Perez-Ochoa had distributed another four pounds of meth in Pierce County, Wisconsin between October and November last year. He had also been removed from the country six previous times, had two separate illegal re-entry convictions in connection with that, as well as a prior drug conviction.
