KENOSHA COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WRN) — Twice convicted Kenosha County killer, Mark Jensen, is rejected in his request for parole. Judge Anthony Milisauskas in court on Friday said he believes the 1998 murder of Jensen’s wife, Julie Jensen, was planned.
“She was a loving mother. She loved her children. Both sides agreed to that.” said Milisauskas. “She will never get to see her children grow up, because she was murdered by the defendant.”
Jensen was convicted in February following a retrial he received on appeal, after a letter from Julie was tossed out.
