MILWAUKEE, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Federal charges have been filed against three individuals in the shooting death of a Milwaukee United States Postal Service carrier.
Aundre Cross, 44, was shot and killed on Dec. 9 while delivering mail on his route.
The complaint alleges that Kevin McCaa, 36, and Charles Ducksworth Jr., 26, both of Milwaukee, murdered or aided and abetted the murder of Cross. The complaint also alleges that McCaa and Ducksworth Jr. discharged a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence.
If convicted of either offense as charged, each individual would face up to life in prison.
