Elaine L. Weber, 90, of Sheboygan, passed away Friday, September 2, 2022 at Pine Haven Christian Home in Sheboygan Falls.
Born October 14, 1931 in Sheboygan, Elaine was a daughter of the late J. Peter and Ida Reglin Stuefen. She attended Sheboygan area schools and graduated from Sheboygan North High School in 1950. On August 12, 1950, she was united in marriage to Arthur O. Weber at St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church. They were married for 68 years before Art preceded her in death on December 27, 2018.
Elaine was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Sheboygan Falls. Elaine and Art enjoyed dancing and they belonged to area square dancing clubs. She was an avid bowler and even bowled a perfect 300.
She is survived by her nieces and nephew, Nancy Meinhardt, Sheboygan, Audrey (Tom) Achtmann, Oostburg, Violet (Warren) Miller, Sheboygan, Jim (Darlene) Gruenke, Lac du Flambeau, and Cheryl (Jody) Booth, Sheboygan; numerous great nieces and great nephews, other relatives and friends.
Besides her parents and husband, Arthur, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Marvin and Herbert (Delores) Stuefen; a sister, Delores (Oscar) Ottensmann; her nephews, Rick Meinhardt, John Ottensmann and Jack Stuefen; and a niece, Sharon Korlesky.
Committal services will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at the Garden of Eternal Life of Wisconsin Memorial Park, 13235 W. Capitol Drive, Brookfield, WI, 53005.
A memorial fund has been established in her name.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at South Covenant of Pine Haven Christian Home and the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for all of their loving care and support.
The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Elaine’s arrangements.
