MOSCOW (Reuters) – Russian defence ministry said on Monday that Ukraine’s troops have attempted offensive in southern Mykolaiv and Herson regions, sustaining significant casualties, RIA news agency reported
“Enemy’s offensive attempt failed miserably,” it said.
