SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) – Tim Michels will face Governor Tony Evers on November 8th in the race for Wisconsin governor in November. Voters on Tuesdy chose Michels over Rebecca Kleefisch in the Republican Primary race. He’ll be paired up with Roger Roth, who Republicans selected to as the candidate for Lt. Governor. The Democratic candidate for Lt. Governor will be Sara Rodriguez.
The Attorney General’s race had 3 candidates to chose from, and voters decided on Eric Toney as the Republican in the AG’s race.
Amy Loudenbeck was chosen as the Republican candidate for Secretary of State. Incumbent Doug LaFollette will be the Democratic candidate.
The first race that was called Tuesday night was the Democrat who will face Republican Ron Johnson in the race for U.S. Senator. Lt. Governor Mandela Barnes easily beat the more than half dozen candidates in the running.
Glenn Grothman will be the Republican choice for the U.S. District 6 Representative in Congress, being challenged by Douglas Mullenix.
Voters have chosen Devin LeMahieu as the Republican candidate for Wisconsin’s Senate District 9 seat, beating out Jeanette Deschene and Ruth Villareal.
