RANDOM LAKE, Wis. (WHBL) – A Plymouth man is dead after a crash on Highway 57 near Random Lake yesterday. Lt. Jim Gottsacker says they received a 911 call around 4:15 for a crash on 57 at Orth Drive, where a Jeep had stopped at the stop sign heading East, and proceeded to pull out onto the highway, and into the path of a southbound van.
Emergency crews from the Sheriff’s Department, Orange Cross, Random Lake Fire and Jaws responded – the highway was shut down for over an hour. The crash is still under investigation, and the name of the driver will be released after 10:00 Friday morning.
