TAIPEI (Reuters) – Taiwan’s air force scrambled again on Monday to warn away 52 Chinese aircraft that entered its air defence zone, Taiwan’s defence ministry said, the largest number to date reported by Taipei.
The aircraft, including 34 J-16 fighters and 12 nuclear-capable H-6 bombers, all flew in an area in the vicinity of the Taiwan-controlled Pratas Islands, according to a map provided by the ministry.
