(WHBL) – You’re going to need to show you’re protected from the coronavirus to get into Summerfest next month. Organizers on Tuesday said people will need to provide either proof of vaccination or a negative coronavirus test before they can see any of the shows.
Summerfest CEO Don Smiley says the move is ‘the best course of action’ for the festival, which was canceled last year because of the virus.
Milwaukee’s health commissioner says the need to show that people are protected will go a long way to keeping Summerfest as safe as it can be.
Summerfest begins September 2nd this year.
