MILWAUKEE, WI (WHBL) – The Milwaukee Brewers were topped by the Chicago White Sox 3-1 in Milwaukee on Sunday night.
Jackie Bradley Jr. plated the Crew’s only run. Brandon Woodruff gave up three runs in seven frames to take the loss.
Lance Lynn did it all for Chicago. Lynn pitched six innings of one-run ball and drove in two runs. Liam Hendriks added the save for the White Sox, who snapped a three-game skid.
Despite Sunday’s loss, the Brewers took two out of three from the White Sox. The Crew has Monday off before heading out for a six game road trip starting with a three-game series at Pittsburgh Tuesday night.
