PHOENIX, AZ (WHBL) – The Suns are one step closer to their first-ever NBA championship after a 118-108 win over the Milwaukee Bucks in Game Two of the NBA Finals in Phoenix Thursday night.
Devin Booker drained seven three-pointers en route to 31 points to lead the Suns, who take a 2-0 lead in the best-of-seven series. Chris Paul added 23 points and eight assists while Mikal Bridges put up 27 points in the victory.
Giannis Antetokounmpo racked up 42 points and 12 rebounds to pace Milwaukee. Jrue Holiday added 17 points but shot just 7 of 21 from the field. Khris Middleton was held to just 11 points on 5 of 16 shooting.
The Bucks will host Game Three on Sunday.
