BROOKLYN, NY (WHBL) – Kevin Durant played every minute of Game Five, finishing with 49 points, 17 rebounds and 10 assists as the Nets beat the Milwaukee Bucks 114-108 in Brooklyn on Tuesday night.
Jeff Green had 27 points off the bench – including seven three-pointers – as Brooklyn took a 3-2 lead in the best-of-seven series. James Harden, who was a surprise start in the game, managed five points, eight assists, and six rebounds in 46 minutes.
Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks with 34 points and 12 rebounds. Khris Middleton added 25 for Milwaukee.
The Nets will try to wrap up the series in Game Six Thursday in Milwaukee, while the Bucks have to win in order to force a seventh and deciding game.
