CINCINNATI, OH (WHBL) – The Milwaukee Brewers won two of three in Cincinnati after a 7-2 win over the Reds on Thursday afternoon.
Jace Peterson three RBI’s and Daniel Vogelbach hit a two-run homer for the Brewers, who have won six-of-seven. Brent Suter earned the win in relief.
The Reds led 2-1 entering the sixth inning, but allowed six runs over the final four frames. Joey Votto launched a solo home run, and Jesse Winker drove in the other Reds run.
The Brewers head back to American Family Field in Milwaukee to kick off a three-game weekend series with the Pittsburgh Pirates. Game one is Friday night with pregame coverage on WHBL starting at 6:35.
