The Wisconsin DNR released an announcement stating that all in-person hunter safety courses will begin on April 1st.
The DNR’s Recreational Safety and Outdoor Section will team up with volunteer instructors to reopen the educational safety classes for the year. If you or someone you know would like to volunteer, instructors can start to enroll in traditional classes in GoWild on Monday, March 15th.
The classes will still be practicing pandemic protocol for the safety of the instructors and students. Some of the measures are a max of 50 people per class, face coverings, and holding classes outside where possible.
