LA CROSSE, WI (WTAQ) — One Wisconsin woman is on the Midwestern trip of a lifetime.
Kwik Trip Superfan Cassandra Berger, who lives in La Crosse, is on a mission to visit every single Kwik Trip in the state.
“So there’s 457 of them,” Berger told WTAQ. “I’ve already knocked out about 54 of them, so I have quite a bit of work to do.”
Berger’s been obsessed with Kwik Trip for years and says she goes to the gas station and food mart several times a day.
“I go mainly for their food. Obviously gas is there too,” said Berger. “I go for like quick snacks and different food. I get, like, almost all my groceries there.”
Her obsession began, she says, over Kwik Trip’s doughnuts. As she started eating healthier, though, she switched her go-to options, but kept the love for the iconic chain alive.
Berger is taking trips to different parts of the state and visiting 40, even 50 stores during her trips. She has yet to visit Northeast Wisconsin, but expects to do so in the coming months.
