CHAMPAIGN, IL (WSAU) — The Wisconsin Badgers fell to Illinois on the road, 75-60 on Saturday.
D’Mitrik Trice led the Badgers with 22 points. Nate Reuvers added 11 off the bench, while Micah Potter scored 8.
The Badgers were sorely outrebounded in the loss, 46-19. Jonathan Davis and Brad Davison each led the Badgers with 4 boards. Davison was also kept off the score sheet with zero points in 24 minutes.
The Illini were led by a triple-double from Ayo Dosunmu, who had 21 points, 12 rebounds and 12 assists. Kofi Cockburn added 23 points and 14 rebounds.
Wisconsin will head to Nebraska on Thursday afternoon.
