A $400 million settlement was agreed upon to compensate farmers who suffered yield losses because of dicamba. The claims period for the settlement began on December 29th of 2020. Any farmer who has evidence of damage due to dicamba from 2015 to 2020 is eligible to be a part of the settlement. Farmers could get up to 100% of yield losses covered.
