MADISON, WI (WRN) – An appeal has been filed, to end capacity limits for bars, restaurants and other businesses in Wisconsin.
It was filed Tuesday in the Wisconsin Court of Appeals by The Mix Up bar in Amery and Pro-Life Wisconsin, arguing that the 25 percent capacity limits will put bars and restaurants out of business and prevent groups like Pro-Life Wisconsin from holding fundraisers at such places.
The Tavern League of Wisconsin initially filed the lawsuit, and is also expected to seek an appeal.
A judge in Barron County on Monday ordered the restrictions to be put back in place and overturned a stay issued last week by another judge.
