MADISON, WI (WRN) – It will be tomorrow (Tuesday) at the earliest before we have newly updated COVID-19 numbers from the state.
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services suspended reporting of new totals following Friday’s update, while its computer system undergoes an upgrade, in an effort to improve response to the coronavirus pandemic.
The system is used to collect and monitor data on testing, contact tracing and other metrics.
Updates are expected to resume Tuesday, one day after the system goes live.
