BARRON, WI (WTAQ) — A judge in Barron County has reinstated Governor Tony Evers 25% capacity order for bars, restaurants, and retail establishments.
Barron County Judge James Babler denied a request from the Tavern League of Wisconsin to end the order. A temporary injuction on the order had come down last week from a Sawyer County judge.
The capacity limit was put into place on October 6th in response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
